Re-ranking allows you to choose which response appears first on the response list when a user enters a query. When users enter a query, a series of links are returned for the pages that are most likely to have the answer they seek. However, you might want to another article to appear first.
Start by logging in to your raffle account
Select Re-rank under Workspaces in the menu. Here you can modify your re-rankings or add new ones
Click the Add New Answer Re-rank
Choose and click the Tool you want to apply the re-ranking to. If you have multiple UIs, you can use the searchbar to find the right UI.
Write a question in the text field
Click on the response you want to move to the top of the list
Click on Save changes
If the response you want to boost is not on the list:
Click the Didn’t find answer you were looking for
Enter the URL, the ID or the answer title of the desired response
Click Save changes
That’s it! Now everytime a user asks that question in your UI, this will be the first answer on the response list.
