Trending Questions

Trending Questions shows what your users ask your Raffle widgets most. Questions about the same subject are grouped into topics (“clusters”), ordered from most to least asked. The clusters are updated weekly.

The Trending Questions card on the Insights dashboard shows the five biggest topics for the selected period, with the number of questions in each. If there are no clusters yet, it shows the most asked questions instead.

• View clusters opens the topics, so you can drill down to the actual questions.
• View all opens a list of the most asked questions, without grouping.

Explore the clusters

Questions are grouped in three levels: topics → subtopics → the questions users asked.

1. Click View clusters on the card. The filters at the top of the page (date range, widgets and knowledge base) work as on the dashboard.
2. Click a topic to see its subtopics. Each topic also shows the widget its questions were asked in.
3. Click a subtopic to see the User Questions in it, with how often each was asked.
4. Click a question to see, on the right, the search results users get for it.

If the results for a question aren’t what you want, you can adjust them with Re-rank.

Export trending questions

1. On the Insights dashboard, set the date range you want to export.
2. Click Export on the Trending Questions card.
3. Choose the Fields to include: Query, Count, Widget UID and Widget Name.
4. Click Export to download a CSV file.
