An MCP server offers tools that an AI can call, for example to look up an order or check opening hours. When you connect your MCP server as a source, chat in your widgets can call the tools you allow.

Raffle connects to the server and reads the tools it offers. Nothing is saved until the connection works. If it doesn’t, you see Could not connect to the MCP server. Check the URL and the access token.
When the server is connected, its Tools page lists every tool the server offers, with its name and description. Click a description to read all of it, and use Search by name or description to find a tool.
To open it later, find the server on the Sources page and click View tools.
Listing a tool here doesn’t turn it on. Chat can only call the tools you enable for a widget.
The tools are only used when chat is on for the widget. Two tools with the same name can’t both be on in one widget. A tool the server no longer offers is marked No longer offered. See Widget sources.
Click Settings on the server’s Tools page, or in the server’s options on the Sources page, to change:
Click Update to save.
On the Sources page, open the server’s options and click Delete, then confirm. Its tools are removed from every widget.
