Chat

Change the texts of the Raffle Chat Assistant: the input placeholder, the chat button and the feedback card.

Search

Change the texts of Raffle Search: the search title, the input placeholder, the summary title and the empty state.

Support

Change the texts of your support channels: the support page, phone, email, chat and form.

Every text in the widget has a default, in the widget’s UI language. On the Text tab you can replace any of them with your own wording.

Each widget has its own texts, so you can word every widget differently. If you want several widgets to use the same texts, apply them to each one.

1. Go to Widgets
2. Select the widget to modify
3. Open the Text tab

The texts are grouped in tabs. Each field shows its default text in grey; leave a field empty to keep the default. For most fields, clicking into the field switches the preview on the right to the screen where the text appears. Nothing reaches your website until you click Save at the top of the page.

Which tabs you see depends on the widget:

• Home (launcher widgets): the Home Title and Home Subtitle of the launcher’s home screen.
• Search: greyed out when search is disabled.
• Chat: greyed out when chat is disabled.
• Support Channels
• Lead Generation (launcher and pill widgets): the texts of the lead generation banner and form, including its success and error pages.
• Intro Banner (launcher and pill widgets): the title, description and, where shown, input placeholder and submit button of the intro banner.
