Chat

The Chat tab under Text holds the texts of the Raffle Chat Assistant. It’s greyed out when chat is disabled on the widget (see General).

1. Go to Widgets
2. Select the widget to modify
3. Open the Text tab, then Chat
4. Enter your text in the fields you want to change. Leave a field empty to keep the default shown in grey.
5. Click Save at the top of the page

Chat texts

• Customize Chat Button Label is the label of the button that takes visitors from search to the chat, up to 50 characters. It only appears when the widget has both search and chat.
• Chat Input Placeholder is the placeholder text in the chat’s input field.

Feedback card

When User Feedback is enabled on the Chat tab, the chat asks visitors to rate its answers. You can change:

• Feedback: Title on the feedback card
• Feedback: Label for the comment input field, shown when Allow Comments is on
• Feedback: Label for the submit button
• Feedback: Chat Bubble Text (when widget has been closed): the text shown when a visitor closes the widget without leaving feedback, to nudge them to rate the answer.
