Choose which answer comes first
Sometimes the search doesn’t show the answer you want for a question. There are two ways to fix that.
Use Re-rank when the right content is already on your website but doesn’t come first. You pick the answer for a question, and it goes to the top of the results. It also works to always show a page such as your contact page for a question you can’t answer.
Use Instant Answers when visitors ask about something your website doesn’t cover. You write the answer yourself in Raffle, with the questions it answers and a link for more information.
Both are often the quickest fix for a content gap found in Insights.
