What is Raffle

Raffle adds AI search and chat to your website. Visitors ask questions in their own words and get answers from your own content, with links to the pages the answers come from.

What visitors ask is also a clear signal of what they need. Raffle collects every question in Insights, so you can see where your content is missing, unclear or hard to find, and fix it.

How it works

1. Answer visitors on your website. A Raffle widget answers questions using your website and the other sources you connect.
2. Learn from what they ask. Insights shows what visitors ask, which answers they open, and the Content Gaps: the questions your content doesn’t answer well.
3. Improve your content. Use Insights to decide which pages to write or fix. Raffle points out the gaps; your team writes the content.
