Team Settings

An account admin can create, view, update or delete teams under the company account.

Add Teams

Add teams to an account.

Manage existing team details.

Delete a team from an account.

Users Settings

An account admin can create, view, update or delete other users under the company account. A team must be created first before users can be created.

For a list of user types and access privileges, refer to User Roles.

Add Users

Add multiple users to a team.

A list of invited users are located in the Pending tab. An invite is valid for seven (7) days.

Edit User

Edit user details.

Activate User

Manage user access privileges.

Delete User

Delete a user from any team under any account

Reset Password

Reset a forgotten or lost password.

Each company is assigned a Raffle account that contains one or multiple models, scraped data and widgets.

Account Information

Set custom information about an account.

• Account Title
  • Set the account name of the company
• Industry
  • Set the industry of the company e.g. Information and Services, Public Sector, Energy, Finance, etc.
• Account Description
  • Set a 300-character description of the company
  • Template: company_name is a business_type founded in founding_year in founding_location. company_name aims to provide business_purpose in market_location. The services that company_name offers are tailored to audience_type within the industry_type industry for various_or_specific sub-sectors that span across areas such as detailed_area, detailed_area and detailed_area.

Domain Settings

Set custom network information of the company.

• Domain
  • Set the full URL of the company website e.g. https://raffle.ai
• Internal IP Address
  • Set the office IP address of the company e.g. 192.168.1.1
  • Filters out employee searches and is only needed if the customer prefers to focus on collecting non-employee search data

Plan Settings

Set custom plan information for an account.

• Sales Representative
  • Displays the name of the Raffle representative assigned to the account
