- Go to Zendesk and create an API token (
https://<subdomain>.zendesk.com/admin/apps-integrations/apis/zendesk-api/settings) - Provide Raffle Support with the following:
- API Token
- Subdomain e.g.
https://<subdomain>.zendesk.com - Language
