By default, each source is re-crawled on a fixed schedule — either weekly or daily, depending on your plan (see Sync Frequency). Two features let you go faster than that schedule for the pages that change most often:
Both features apply to web scrape sources.
If you change something important and need it reflected in search straight away, you can request an update for that page with a single click, without waiting for the next scheduled crawl.
Availability: every account, on both weekly and daily crawls.
The Watchlist keeps a set of pages continuously up to date. Add up to 10 URLs per source and Raffle keeps them current on their own, refreshing roughly every 15 to 30 minutes. This is useful for anything that changes often, such as a pricing page, a product launch, or a campaign you’re running.
Availability: accounts with the daily crawl. The Watchlist tab is disabled on weekly-crawl sources.
The URL is now monitored more frequently than the rest of the source.
Each watched page shows its title, when its content was last updated, when the next refresh is due, and a status badge:
The page is no longer refreshed more frequently — it returns to the source’s normal crawl schedule.
