The Chat session history section tracks all conversations in your AI Chat to monitor user interactions and engagement.
Use this data to identify common questions and improve content to better meet user needs and enhance the chat experience.

You can also export your chat history to a .CSV file.
To do this, start by clicking the “Export Button”.
Then choose which data points you want to export.
The time period is defined in the top right corner of insights, before clicking the “Export” button.
NOTE: If you are having issues opening the file in MS Excel, use the “Import” button to open the file corretcly.
